While we welcome orders up to 3 months in advance; we request a minimum of 2 weeks for all custom orders. For large and corporate orders; we ask that you confirm your order at least a month in advance. The minimum order time ensures that we have all ingredients, supplies, and materials needed for your order and that we are able to provide your order the attention it deserves. It also minimizes stress on your baker and allows us to continue enjoying what we do. Looking to place a last minute order? If we do have availability a fee to "make magic happen" will be added to your total.

You may add a note in message field that you would like to speak by phone or respond to the confirmation email that you will receive; feel free to include the questions that you have. This helps me to be better prepared to answer the questions you have and ensures that we make the most of the time we spend on the phone.

If you're looking to taste our cakes for your weddings; we offer tasting boxes for $50. This provides 3 cake flavors in a tasting size for 2. You will then receive a confirmation email; please respond to that email to let us know you're interested in a tasting box. You may also visit at the Berwyn Shops and purchase small sizes to sample. As a small business, we do not have the capacity to offer discounts on large/bulk orders. Large/Bulk orders will be priced the same as normal sized orders.

All custom orders are custom priced based on what you order. For custom cakes; you should estimate that your cake will be a minimum of $175 for a single tiered cake and $275 for a multi-tiered cake. Your final, custom price is based on the amount of time it takes to complete your final design. Our custom cookies start at $72/dozen. Your order is confirmed when you submit your initial payment. You will also receive a confirmation email.

While we do have vegan and gluten friendly options; we are a home-based bakery and our kitchen also processes common food allergens such as wheat, nuts, milk, etc.

While we do offer pickup, it is recommended that all custom cakes 2 or more tiers be delivered to ensure safe arrival. If you elect to pick up your order, you assume all liability for the condition of the order once it leaves our possession.

Yes, we deliver for a fee. The delivery fee is based on how far the delivery location is and how long it takes to get there. Be sure to add the address when you submit your quote form (https://app.bakegenie.co/enquiry/teeteessweets)and we will include the delivery fee in your quote. If you change your mind or if delivery is out of your price point, we can always remove it prior to securing the order.

Yes, we offer set up! Be sure to indicate that you'd like both when you submit your quote form (https://www.teeteessweets.com/request-a-quote) and we will add that amount into your quote.

We do offer shipping! Currently, we only have the capacity to ship cookies. We'll be sure to announce when we ship additional items. Complete our quote form,(https://www.teeteessweets.com/request-a-quote) choose delivery, and in the message section indicate that you'd like shipping and include the address you'd like it shipped to.

We love giving back to organizations in our community. We limit our donations to 3 per year for 3 separate 501c3 organizations. Submit your request via our quote form (https://app.bakegenie.co/enquiry/teeteessweets)to check for availability. Include in the message section of your submission that you are looking for a donation.

While there are times you may find us at local markets and pop up events; we are a home-based, internet only, bakery. If you are interested in placing an order, you can complete our Quote Form (https://app.bakegenie.co/enquiry/teeteessweets)and we'll follow up with you.

When paying through the link in your invoice; you may use all major debit/credit cards. You may also pay using Zelle. A cash payment may be coordinated upon request.
